On June 7, 2026, ARCOmadrid announced the recipients of its annual art awards sponsored by national and international institutions. The Lexus Award for Best Stand and Artistic Content went to gallery Proyectos Ultravioleta. The XXI NEWARTaward@ARCO was awarded to Avi Loeb for a work by Julia Scher of Esther Schipper and to Jonas Englert of Anita Beckers for Movement; Esther Gatón received the 10th Cervezas Alhambra de Arte Emerging Award for Lazos y Calles.

The Signal

June Crespo of Ehrhardt Florez won the first Catapulta Acquisition Award with the National Gallery of Canada, while Commonwealth and Council + Patron took the first Engel & Völkers Award for Latin American Art. Additional honors included the 2nd Young Talent Award to Julia Padilla of Linse and Venuca Evanan of Enhorabuena Espacio, the 12th Opening New Galleries Award to Selebe Yoon, the 3rd ENATE-ARCOmadrid 2026 Award to Luis Gordillo of Prats Nogueras Blanchard, the Pilar Forcada ART Situacions Prize to Cristina Lucas of Albarrán Bourdais, the 9th Catalina d'Anglade Award to Dalila Gonçalves of Mais Silva, the Fundació Vila Casas Acquisition Award to Lola Lasurt of Prats Nogueras Blanchard, and the 2nd Juana de Aizpuru Award to Elvira González gallery. The awards recognize emerging and established talent across galleries at the Madrid fair.
