Artcurial Schedules June Furniture Auction and July European Collection Sale
Artcurial will present its Furniture & Works of Art auction on June 16 and 17 featuring 18th-century European decorative arts. Highlights include a Piedmontese secretaire a abattant by Ignazio Ravelli estimated at €20,000–30,000, Sèvres porcelain from historic services, and silverware such as part of King George III’s table service estimated at €10,000–15,000. On July 10 the house will auction L’œil d’un érudit, Une collection européenne, a Swiss and German-influenced private collection of furniture, sculptures, silverware and paintings divided between a Paris sale and an online auction closing July 13.

The two sales underscore continued collector demand for documented 18th-century European furniture and objects with clear provenance.
