MAXXI L'Aquila to Host Ai Weiwei Career Survey Featuring New Sculptures and Earthquake-Inspired Works

MAXXI L'Aquila will present a major exhibition of Ai Weiwei’s five-decade career from April 29 to September 6, 2026. The survey includes early New York works from the 1980s alongside new sculptures created in Ukraine in 2025.
