Ding Yi Debuts Solo Exhibition 'Cosmotechnics' at Fondazione Querini Stampalia in Venice
Shanghai-based artist Ding Yi has opened his first solo exhibition in Venice at the Fondazione Querini Stampalia, titled 'Cosmotechnics.' The presentation features new and historic works from the 1980s to the present, including stone steles installed in the Carlo Scarpa-designed garden. The exhibition coincides with the 61st Venice Biennale and marks the artist's return to the city 33 years after his participation in the first Chinese pavilion in 1993.
