M+ to Present Wael Shawky’s Film 'I Am Hymns of the New Temples' in Hong Kong

M+ museum will host the exhibition 'Wael Shawky: I Am Hymns of the New Temples' from 30 May to 25 October 2026. The featured 2023 video work was filmed among the ruins of Pompeii and utilizes handmade masks to explore creation myths and national narratives. The project was originally commissioned by the Pompeii Archaeological Park and is supported by Lisson Gallery.
