Artist Sir Frank Bowling OBE RA and CIRCA have completed the first phase of the CIRCA PIPELINE, delivering free art materials and a six-week curriculum to 32 state primary schools across London. The initiative provided 7,152 children with professional supplies, including canvases and paints, to address a reported decline in UK school arts funding. The project is funded by the sale of Bowling’s limited edition print, 'Understanding Frank,' with proceeds intended to expand the program to 100 schools nationwide.
