The museum partnered with local entrepreneurs from food design studio Oficina and Café Restaurant Metro to establish the new dining concepts. The venues focus on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and aim to integrate the museum's design heritage with Amsterdam's contemporary culinary scene.
