Thaddaeus Ropac Seoul is presenting 'Distancing', a group exhibition featuring 19 new paintings and a sculpture by Indonesian-based Japanese artist Kei Imazu. The exhibition, which runs until May 2, 2026, also includes works by Juree Kim, Nosik Lim, and Maria Taniguchi. Imazu’s contributions explore themes of imperialism, colonial memory, and the female figure through a process of digital layering and physical painting.
