The Drawing Center will host a major survey of works on paper by the late artist Pope.L from June 26 to September 27, 2026. Titled 'Certainly an Act', the exhibition features over 200 works spanning from the early 1980s to 2023, including drawing-based films, writings, and archival materials. The presentation includes key series such as 'Failure Drawings' and 'Skin Sets', alongside the rarely exhibited installation 'Relational Painting a.k.a If Black Is Beautiful...'.
