Uffizi Galleries Reopens Historic Sculpture Hall and Announces New Acquisitions
The Uffizi Galleries has restored and reopened its 19th-century sculpture hall, featuring original Roman reliefs and grand ducal collection pieces. The museum recently acquired works by François-Xavier Fabre, Emilio Santarelli, Lippo di Benivieni, Giovanni da Milano, and Pierre Subleyras. Additionally, a new exhibition featuring thirty-one 15th and 16th-century Northern European paintings is now on view in the museum's first corridor.
