The Victoria and Albert Museum has launched ticket sales for the V&A East Museum’s first major exhibition, 'The Music is Black: A British Story,' scheduled to open on April 18, 2026. The multisensory show features over 200 objects, including 60 new acquisitions, tracing 125 years of Black British music from early 20th-century classical works to contemporary genres like grime and jungle. Key exhibits include Winifred Atwell’s piano, Jme’s Super Nintendo, and fashion worn by Little Simz, Seal, and Dame Shirley Bassey.
