Originally commissioned for the British Pavilion at the 60th Venice Biennale in 2024, the multi-channel video installation explores diasporic experiences, colonial history, and climate change. The exhibition features Akomfrah’s signature cinematic style, layering archival imagery with audio fragments including political speeches and music.
