The Whitney Museum of American Art has launched a redesigned food and beverage program featuring a flagship Frenchette Bakery and the eighth-floor Studio Bar. The ground-floor restaurant includes a new site-specific installation by artist Rashid Johnson, while the upper-level cafe features a monumental mosaic tile work by Dyani White Hawk. These hospitality spaces, which opened in November 2023, are part of a broader initiative to integrate contemporary art commissions into the museum's public gathering areas.
