Zeitz MOCAA Announces 2026-2027 Season Featuring Major Film Commissions and Publishing Residency

Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (Zeitz MOCAA) has unveiled its 2026-2027 exhibition season, headlined by a multimedia film exhibition and an artist-led publishing residency. 'Turning Towards the Sun' will debut on 10 December 2026, featuring new film commissions by Mati Diop, Zeresenay Berhane Mehari, Jim Chuchu, Wanuri Kahiu, and The Otolith Group. The season also includes 'IMPRINT', a studio residency for Cape Town publishing collectives opening 1 October 2026, supported by the Mellon Foundation and BMW.
