The Museum of Modern Art has named Evangelos Kotsioris as the director of the Emilio Ambasz Institute for the Joint Study of the Built and the Natural Environment. Kotsioris will also serve as a curator in the Department of Architecture and Design, overseeing initiatives related to ecology and sustainability. His responsibilities include developing an acquisitions strategy and a program of exhibitions and digital initiatives focused on the intersection of architecture and the climate crisis.
