Phillips has announced the sale of an oversized 1929 Patek Philippe wristwatch, signed by Tiffany & Co., as part of The New York Watch Auction: XIV. The timepiece was originally owned by Paul Starrett, the builder responsible for the Empire State Building, the Flatiron Building, and The Plaza Hotel. The auction is scheduled to coincide with the 95th anniversary of the Empire State Building's construction.
