Tate Modern to Stage Yvonne Rainer’s 'Trio A' for 60th Anniversary in July 2026
Tate Modern will present live performances of Yvonne Rainer’s seminal dance work 'Trio A' in the Turbine Hall on July 10 and 11, 2026, marking the piece's 60th anniversary. The event, supported by Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels, represents the first live UK performance of the work in 12 years and will be led by certified transmitter Sara Wookey. The program includes a remote talk by Rainer and a screening of the 1978 film version of the choreography currently held in the Tate collection.
